Staying at the hotel felt like having my own cozy condo with a personal entrance, and the rooms were clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, making me feel right at home. However, the balcony was small, and the cleanliness could use some improvement as the Housekeeping Supervisor was unhelpful and I had to request for a room change or refund at the front desk.
